Impossible to use for school runs

Two issues with this path that is used to get to the primary school: 1. Vegetation with spiky leaves on the path itself, blocking it completely 2. There are always dead animals or rubbish on the ground Now it's both of these two issues, for over a month. Can't take photos as I pass by there with my kid and need to be careful he doesn't get hurt
