When a lot of rain comes down, this part of Murdock road floods pretty bad. The last time we had heavy rain, a few months ago, the drain didn't really take any water away and was flowing upto the wall of one of the businesses near it and all over the grass near to the postbox and back up the road. Looking at the map of when this was last cleared, it says 2018. As you can see from the photos, there are bits of twigs resting on top of mud and whatever else is blocking the drain.

    2 Months on, had heavy rain and road started to flood. Water coming back up man hole cover.
