The tarmac of North Lane stops about 1.5' away from my front door and over the years that bit has become eroded to the extent during the past winter there is now such a dip that when it rains I have to step over a very large puddle to get to my door. I asked OCC if I needed planning permission to do something about this and they told me to report it to Highways on this site for it to be fixed.
