Hedge and trees overgrown and into the road

We do the grass cutting for County council and the hedges and trees are that overgrown they are sticking out into the road and we can no longer get a mower on the verges to cut the grass both sides of the road

  • Thank you for your report. Landowners and occupiers are responsible for maintaining any boundary features on their property that adjoin public highways and affect highway safety. In this case, the highway appears to be impacted, so we will arrange to have this cutback.
