Strong smell of Diesel spillage

There constantly seems to be a strong smell of Diesel and corresponding lines of damp and soaked in on this roundabout. Especially when travelling westbound on the A4130.

Having nearly lost control on my motorcycle recently when travelling over this junction due to the lack of traction on the spilled diesel I would be grateful if this source could be investigated and the offenders requested to NOT fill their Lorries to the brim with diesel.
