Cycle path along the whole of Sandford road is blocked by overgrown hedges

Foliage needs cutting back as the entire cycle path is blocked forcing cyclists into the main road lane where cars are still driving as if the cycle lane is useable, forcing cyclists into the over grown hedges - which causes high risk of accidents.
