Drain collapsed on side of road, needs digging out. Been reporting for last 8 months but still nothing happening. Only action is sending out some jobsworth in a hi vis jacket who scratches his head and ignores. Water wrecking house walls on roadside. Compensation claim racking up by the day!

This drain has constant flowing water from it now, whether there is rain or not. The water covers a large area of the road. When the weather turns icy this section of the road will become a deathtrap, please can you fix this

This has become urgent as winter appraoches and icy conditions can occur. There is a constant flow of water along and across a section of a road quite heavily used by traffic and pedestrians (including children walking to school or the school bus). The problem is that the drain has collapsed by the entrance to Lower Farm Barn - this has recently been tested by trying to rod the drain - rods are no longer passing through. The scheduled action needs to happen asap please, or this is an accident waiting to happen.
