Deep surface water flooding (15-20cm) following any rain - takes many hours to drain, appears to be an issue with the photographed grate/ drain (back left as you enter the cul-de-sac). No visible blockage in grill.

Not to say that this can't be helped, but the gov.uk flood risk map does show this end of the road as being at high risk of surface water flooding of over 30cm depth, so it's presumably a longstanding issue.
