There is a fallen tree completely blocking the path

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The fallen tree (roughly at the marked spot) has rendered the route impassable for anyone unable to lift their bike over the obstruction. It also poses a danger to those cycling after dark who are likely to collide with it and sustain serious injuries.
