  • This was first reported in March 2024 before being cancelled like all other rainwater drain reports. I reported it again in July and it is now nearly October and the drain is still blocked solid.

  • Thank you for your report. Oxfordshire County Council is responsible for maintaining approximately 120,000 gullies on the highway network. Gullies are cleaned in accordance with the County Council’s maintenance policy, and we operate a targeting program with a higher frequency of cleaning in areas at risk of flooding.
