A 3-4 m long defect with at least 3 potholes that fit the criteria with

The potholes have been filled many times, but keeps reopening. One is about 50cm long, 30cm wide and as deep as my shoe. Another is as deep as my shoe, but about 30 cm long by 20 cm wide. A 3rd pothole is circular and about 15cm in diameter, but not quite as deep as the other two. They are just off centre on the northbound carriage way (going away from Wantage), just south of the Mallard Way bus stop on the eastern side of the road (towards Wantage, behind #s 33 & 34 Mandarin Place) The vibrations from traffic passing over these potholes, particularly from lorries and buses, have caused damage to my house.
