Gulleys not draining away

The gulleys on Fieldside (the concrete road), although fairly clear of debris, are not draining away properly. This flood occurred after overnight rain 5th into 6th July. (The recently cleared gulleys on High Street coped fine with that). From memory I would say that this has been occurring for at least 4-5 years now.
