Gully was block and road flooding to crown in middle of road. Vegetation growing in outlet pipe removed (removed detritus seen in photo). More debris in bottom of gulley. Village has history of flooding! Vegetation growing in brickwork perpends within gully also. Decent planned preventative maintenance would avoid the requirement for local residents having to clear your assets in bad light and heavy rain to protect our own assets! Are refunds of council tax provided for residents undertaking highways responsibilities? I doubt it!
