Baden Powell Way overgrown path

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

My child attends Beavers on Baden Powell Way and the path whilst being recently cleared at nearby home owners expense has become overgrown with weeds and is difficult to pass. Could this be cleared and maybe doused with weed killer?
