Extensive pavement damage in Bertie Road

As can be seen in the photo, this section of pavement, which is next a bad pothole, is very damaged. It would be difficult to take a wheelchair along this part of the pavement, would be a trip hazard for someone who was visually impaired or for anyone using this section of pavement after dark.

  • Thank you for your report. After a thorough investigation and risk assessment, The carriageway Pothole was recently repaired. The footway delamination is not currently at intervention level. But we will continue to monitor this location.
