Flash flood drain is now almost full of rubble

The drain has about 2 foot of rubble in from the recent SSE electrical cable works. This is from their contractors breaking up the pavement. The drain is for surface water flash flooding ( inside an FZ2) that connects to the culverted radley ditch.
