Manhole clanking (STILL)..!

As per my previous report (back in May) and as others have since advised, the manhole has still not been addressed. Upon closer inspection it looks as though the supporting infrastructure around it is breaking away which could be why the cover not sitting flat and so making such a noise as vehicles over it (which due to it location is unavoidable). I suggest that this is now made URGENT to investigate before it gets any worse and could potentially be major problem that could compromise road safety.
