  • Will you PLEASE unblock the 2 drains at the bottom of harcourt hill, they are completely blocked to the very top with compacted mud, there is nowhere for the rain to go, they are located at the side of the hill where the slope basically acts like a mud landslide when It's rained, please STOP assuming It's heavy rain causing this, there has hardly been any rain over the last 5wks and yet the moment it drizzles the road becomes flooded, you closed a previous ticket off claiming it was too much rain and the drains could not cope, you obviously did not inspect it in person because if you did you can see both drains are totally blocked. PLEASE give these a good unblocking and do what our tax paying money pays for instead of just closing the job and not solving the problem, thank you.
