View of roundabout compromised at Aldi exit, Abingdon

Reported via desktop in the Roads and Carriageways category anonymously at 14:29, Wednesday 3 July 2024

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The hedges etc on the store perimeter are very overgrown, compromising the view as you try to exit the car park as it's difficult to see traffic coming off the roundabout. Also, where the hedges are so big, they are blocking the use of the pedestrian path and forcing pedestrians to walk in the cycle lane

Council ref: ENQ241009934

  • I reported this the other day. We almost had an accident when trying to turn right out of Aldi, cars come so fast from the Wootton roundabout, we had to pull right out into the road to see traffic! It needs urgent attention now!!
