Vegetation is overhanging the path and it is almost impossible to pass with dog/child without going in to the road. A dog was clipped by a car recently, hoping next time not a child or person.

  As you can see the vegetation has narrowed the path significantly. There is no house that this piece of hedgerow appears to belongs too.
