The noise from the Manhole cover has increased since first reports. Owing to increased volume of traffic passing through Shrivenham, the noise from the manhole commences from the early hours, increases on par with the morning rush hour and continues throughout the day into the evening rush hour and beyond... this is most annoying to local residents and also a potential for hazard. Please investigate and take corrective action as soon as possible.
