Sub standard Road

Thames Water have put in new pipes and after completion have ‘repaired’ the road. Unfortunately this is to a very low standard, which I would be surprised if the OCC were happy with. It feels like driving over a farm track, with a drain left exposed. My issues ae as follow: 1. It’s substandard for a main highway. 2. It will not last and we will end up paying for its repair via our council tax. In my opinion, Thames Water should be asked to do it again.
