Manhole cover loose

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This manhole has been getting worse over time, it actually got flung up in the air in front of me this morning, thankfully landed back in place. Could cause an accident.

  • Was going to raise this today as I saw the manhole cover lift up in my mirror this morning after passing over it.

    Needs to be fixed as soon as possible to avoid damaging a vehicle or person.
