Simulntaneous roadworks in North Abingdon

Roadworks on Dunmore with traffic lights ( incidentally nobody working there today 12.00 ) alongside roadworks with traffic lights on Lodge Hill / A34 interchange causing chaos and delays for North Abingdon. How can both sets of works be allowed to carry on at the same time ? Surely someone has to grant permission for this and can see the chaos it will. Please suspend one lot of works until the other is complete.
