Drain full of compacted earth

The drain outside 2A Oatland Road is completely full of earth, plants are growing out of it. This was reported months ago but never dealt with. The previous report has been closed down by default with no resolution. This not not excess rainwater, this is a failure to clear a blocked drain.

While severe weather may cause delays, we are committed to thoroughly cleansing all Highway Surface Water Assets in the area within this timeframe.
