I reported this blocked drain at the beginning of the year. It is blocked with mud and debris. Which is solid and hard. When it rains area of road has huge puddle. Just received notification that case has been closed without rectification because volume of water that fell meant drainage couldn’t cope due to ground water saturation. No, the water can’t even get below ground to be coped with, it is not because ground is saturated it’s because there is nowhere for water to escape to therefore flood risk. We were flooded 2007. This needs power hose system to release debris to water can go down the drain. All other drains down Weald St also blocked or need leaves swept from them please.
