Sunken trench the full width of the west side of the A417 just opposite Portway Close.

This was previously reported back in February

And you replied by saying "We have investigated your report, assessed the risk and we have found that the pothole meets our criteria for repair and will be carried out within 28 days."

Well 28 DAYS have been and gone a long time ago (over 4 months in fact), and still no repair.

Did you mean 28 months instead of 28 days for the repair to be carried out?
