Dangerously degraded footpath

I have reported problems with this footpath every year for c.5 years. This year it has caused a medical injury. The footpath outside 12 Bainton Road has deteriorated to such an extent that there is now as much vegetation as concrete. The weeds are beginning to grow over the manhole cover. Holes in the pavement are trapping heeled shoes, forcing people to walk in the road.
