Causing sleepless nights way to bright right outside bedroom window was told there can be a block put on the back

Sorry to hear of this issue, could i quickly check if its the front or rear of our lantern causing the issue ?

I just want to make sure i send our crews with the correct equipment , appreciate any help and sorry again for the glare issue.

A fault has been raised after a visit from an officer for a rear deep shield, please feel free to update us if issue is not resolved
