Completely blocked drain

The drain is completely silted up. I have reported this twice. Most recent report - ENQ24999099.

The drain is still blocked even though weather is dry. Pictures are on report ENQ241009281.

You closed my previous reports without action. This makes no sense as the issue is serious. As report ENQ241009281 states, this is now 7 years of inaction.

Please can you deal with this urgently? The road will flood at the first rain we have.
