Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The lamp at the bottom of Little Lane was removed some months ago because it had been hit by a falling branch and was loose. You now say you don’t intend to replace the lamp. I have had the wall repaired and the wiring is still there so all you need to do is to refix the lamp. Why is this no longer considered necessary?
