Unkept hedgerow over taking cycle path

Over the last few months I have noticed that the Denchworth road between Brawell and Canel Court the hedgerow is literally taking over the cycle path which is causing people to walk and cycle on the same side which is a hazard and it is a quite dangerous as the branches on the trees are low which will cause people to bang their heads. In my pictures you can see how far the hedges have grown onto the path.
