Invasive ivy growing in the lane between Park Hill and Well Bank

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The ivy is growing up the fence in the lane running between Park Hill (OX15 5LP) and Well Bank (OX15 5LN) It has started to damage the fence and is invading the garden of Bridge House Park Hill. Can the ivy be removed please.
