Water Leak Blocked Footpath

There is a considerable water leak and blocked footpath has been present for over 6 months now and remains even though the weather has now dried up. Footpath now blocked necessitating pedestrians to walk on the road on a corner. Has been reported before.

    Still nothing being done, almost in passable now
