Multiple Drains blocked causing flood risk

The drains in sarajac avenue and hedge hill road are blocked solid with dirt, they even have plants growing out of them! This prevents water draining away and allows it to collect in Reynolds way causing flood risk. This has been reported before and report was closed without any action taken which is completely unacceptable.
