The hedges and the grasses are growing into the lane and m as king it too narrow to pass without scratching cars

The whole top part of Orchard Lane is horrible overgrown it’s scratching cars and vans, deliveries are refusing to come down the lane. Please please can you provide and update on how long this will carry on?
