Pavement needs clearing weeds and trimming hedge

Pavement is impassable for pedestrians and bikes, with kids using it on their way to school by an A road. No crossing available to the other side of the high speed road for a couple of miles. Pavement should be clear of weeds and hedge trimmed back about 1m.
