Overhanging ivy, nettles and thistle impeding wheelchair

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

These plants have been growing for several months and now my husband in his wheelchair has great difficulty passing without having to go into the road, obviously dangerous to him and cars. Would be very grateful for speedy cutting back. Thank you.
