Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
The gate has been open 30+ years and now been locked by a resident on the meers estate as they do not like the new estate residents walking through. The issue was reported beginning of June and still not resolved. The gate is still locked on the 28th of June. This gate is often used by the residents on the new estate as a safe alternative option to enter the estate.
