Commercial sign nuisance

Reported via desktop anonymously at 16:44, Fri 28 June 2024

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council 7 minutes later

TOOL STATION have erected (and secured with building blocks) a sandwich sign showing an arrow with to their store. Surely this is not allowed - it looks terrible and will set a precedent to allow permanent littering of the countryside. It is also a pedestrian hazard and obstructing a clear view of people and vehicles leaving the club/allotments.

Council ref: ENQ241009395

  • This sign is on the outside verge of the roundabout - on corner of Kingsey Road and Tythrop Way. It is therefore very visible from all the four roads meeting at the roundabout.
