Grove Road Harwell at the end of the road turning right towards Milton Hill . Right turn is dangerous due to long grass impairing vision. Please can the grass verge be cut back on a regular basis during summer. Cars are entering a fast road and this is junction is hazardous.

Thank you for your report. Landowners and occupiers are legally obligated to properly maintain vegetation on their property that is next to the public highway. If the vegetation affects the safety of highway users, it becomes their responsibility. However, in this instance, since the highway was not obstructed, there may not be sufficient cause to take further action at this time. We will continue to monitor the situation during statutory inspections.
