The Rd Gully O/S 24 Charlton Village has is NOT taking any water away, it is NOT BLOCAKED as you have attended many times with a Gully Sucker, it obviously has a collapse/obstruction that the Gully Sucker is not reso..

    As nothing has been done with it, this drain is still NOT taking any water and the road outside my house completely floods EVERY TIME IT RAINS. Can some one PLEASE do something about this.
