Street lights are very old and nobody knows who they are owned by
Reported via iOS in the Other Lighting Issue category anonymously at 16:18, Thu 27 June 2024
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
I tried to report this last year as the street lights are near garages that has been broken into last year but nobody seems to know who these street lights belong to Oxford County Council says they’re not Oxford. City Council does not have a clue, but it’s very very dangerous. A lot of flight tipping due to no lighting.
Council ref: 6163644
Asset ID: 021
Unit type: Light

Thank you for raising this and sorry to hear of the issue. These are unfortunately not OCC owned, however i will forward to safer streets at Oxford City and see if we can get to the bottom of it and find the owner.

Sorry to hear of this issue, I'm sending the details to Oxford City Council. The 2 lights here are not on adopted highway so wouldn't be OCC, i wish to check with the City Council to raise with them , if not it would be housing association but it looks likely to be City Assets, sorry for the inconvenience here.
