Overgrown hedges blocking traffic lights at school crossing

The hedges of this property are overwhelming the traffic lights at the school crossing. It’s hard to push the button. The traffic lights are obscured. Planting extends across the pavement pushing people out into the main road. Urgently needs cutting back.
