Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This raising of the tarmac has been on going for years but the roots are pushing up the tarmac even more causing a trip hazzard grandson has trip over on a number of occasions and now it’s caught me to catch my feet the tarmac is between the green area and a neighbours front garden fence on Kerry close it’s used by a number of children going to school
