Dangerous Broken Fence on public footpath

Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The fence on this public footpath is falling down, broken and half of it has already fallen down. We are concerned this will fall down on young children if not fixed soon as this pathway is used by families with young children. Can this please be fixed as a matter of urgency. Thank you
