Blocked drains on Banbury Road

I've been notified that my previous report of blocked drains has been cancelled due to this being the result of heavy rain. This however is not the case. The drains which according to your website have not been emptied since early 2021 are clearly blocked. Flooding occurs constantly even after a short spell of rain and the water remains there for a considerable amount of time. During these occasions we are left with no footpath which makes the walk to school more hazardous
