Bushes pushing against our fence

The bushes along the pathway backed onto our house is pushing against our fence making our fence to lean. Fence only 2 years old. Would like if it all could be cut down very spiky also so when it does grow over the fence it's very thorny so need to make sure my children don't get caught on the thorns.
