Trees/growth blocking visibility of traffic lights from roundabout approach

There have been 2 incidents these week that I have seen where cars leaving the roundabout onto Broadway go straight through the lights without stopping. The growth of the trees/bushes/flowers on the corner between Robuck Court and Broadway are very tall/protruding, which blocks the traffic lights from view of approaching cars.
