Danger to pedestrians from brambles overhanging narrow pavements. .

Brambles with large prickles hanging over narrow pavements, from the gardens of Dudley Court Rogers Street. Some are low level, like the photo, others are at eye level which would be v dangerous to people with visual impairments.

  • Thank you for your report. Landowners and occupiers are responsible for maintaining any boundary features on their property that adjoin public highways and affect highway safety. In this case, the highway appears to be impacted, so we will contact the land/property owner. If necessary, further action will be taken.
